Security or Bondage

It is worth noting that the problem of immigration especially illegal immigration from Mexico is related to lack of common ground between the democrats and the republicans. The two parties have in the past taken opposing sides in the immigration debate something, which can be attributed to power struggle at the expense of a problem that threatens the economic and market forces of the Americas business sphere.

Another cause of failure of the past efforts to streamline immigration into the USA can be attributed to the failure by previous governments to address root causes leading to illegal immigration into the USA and particularly with regard to Mexico where over a half of illegal immigrants into USA originate. As a result of failing to address the fundamental issues surrounding the immigration into the USA resources have been re-directed towards the wrong causes in the past and as a result, it has taken almost over a century for the problem of illegal immigration into the USA to be addressed.

Although the frequently occurring aberrant and criminal behaviours associated with the purchasing trends of different consumers cannot be fully controlled, some efforts may be exercised to reduce their severity in the society. The first step towards the success of the same is knowledge. The society needs to be informed as we have seen that religion and education are very positively contributing towards the reduction of the misbehaviors.

With especially education the socio-economic status of the individual is enhanced while with religion, the affiliation helps to restrict an individual to acts like shoplifting, purchase of pornographic materials among others. Knowledge of the diversity and extent of these activities to retailers is also of crucial importance, as it will assist them to take the necessary measures and precautions. The retailer will be able to put measures in place that will make it difficult for a potential participant to succeed towards the misbehavior.

A clear understanding of consumer misbehaviors is important towards the solution aimed at curtailing these practices of unethical behaviours. People are sometimes guided towards these aberrant and criminal behaviours by ignorance. It is therefore through a fight of this ignorance that amicable solutions are attained Concerning what to do with millions of immigrants already in the USA, there are those who have suggested granting of amnesty, which basically refers to forgiving those who have stayed in America illegally and failed to honor the duty to pay taxes.

This has attracted stiff opposition from the Bush administration, which is of the opinion that amnesty will unfairly forgive those who have deliberately violated the laws of America by not only illegally staying there, but also failing to pay taxes. As far as the current administration is concerned, immigrants must honor their duty to pay taxes and failure to do so should be met with stiff penalties.

In addition to legislations, the administration has been more than willing to double funding committed to border security as well as increasing the number of officers serving around the borders. The trend in immigration has been very favourable in America, compared to Canada. More immigrants have been seen to go to America compared to Canada and this has created some great changes in market place in United States. More stringent measures should be put in place.

In conclusion, whether immigration reforms currently in place or in process of implementation succeeds, depends on how well the administration taps into the strength of multi-sect oral approach whereby efforts to fight illegal immigration would be geared towards the fight against aberrant and criminal consumer behaviours, which include the range from slightly and ethical to seriously criminal consumer behaviours. These are serious effects in the market since it creates an imbalance between the right stock turnover and the customer movements in commodity outlet places.
