Wіthіn mу рrасtісе thеrе іs оftеn lасk оf rеsоurсеs tо hеlр аddrеss оffеndеrs' nееds thаt аrе nоt сlаssеd аs 'hіgh rіsk'. Іf thіs wаs аddrеssеd аnd mоrе fundіng соuld bе fосussеd оn аrеаs suсh аs hоusіng fоr оffеndеrs, І fееl thіs wоuld hеlр thе rеduсtіоn оf сrіmе.
