They also work with the lower management to help them to find the right people for the job that needs to be done. They are willing to look for a while before they hire someone so that they know that they can do the job and do it right.

The human resources department makes sure that the organization of the company is in order so that the company can run smoother. The human resources also make sure that all the employees are up to date in their training and doing what they are supposed to be doing. If the managers had to keep track of all that the human resources did then there would not be a lot that got done. The human resources help to make less work on the managers. It is important for them to keep track of they have and what they do not. When they start to lose track of what they have for physical assets then they are going to start losing money. Also the human resource department sets up all interviews and all the paperwork that goes with hiring the new people to work. The human resources also keeps track of all the money that Walmart donates to different organizations and lets the employees know how much they are helping. The inventory system that Walmart uses is always changing so that it is up to date. They are small changes but enough that things are noticed. The inventory is managed from the time that it arrives in the store. Assets are ordered automatically when they start to get low. When the employees find something wrong with the assets they fix them on the spot.

They go through and scan outs and order it if it is not coming in. When they have overstock they have everything binned in the back room so that it is easily found when it is needed on the floor so that it can be sold. It is important for the company to make sure that they keep the assets correct so that they have the stuff that they need for the customers.
