System migration & Law

System migration is a continuous process in any business environment as new technologies continue to emerge. In order to improve the overall efficiency of the business, it is important to consider system migration to implement new functionalities based on the existing systems to address the challenges associated with them (Morisio et al. , 2002). These concerns are increasingly making service oriented architectures appealing in computing environment. Businesses are seeking for alternative solutions to migrate from the existing systems into system models that would improve their operability and accessibility.

However, this migration presents a number of challenges and therefore shifting from these systems needs to be analyzed. This analysis would determine the design, functionality, cost and time factors so that the new system meets its intended objectives.
