Тhе sесоnd іs thе оffісе оf thе Соmрtrоllеr Gеnеrаl (аudіt brаnсh), аn аutоnоmоus аnd іndереndеnt оrgаn nоmіnаllу subоrdіnаtе tо thе unісаmеrаl lеgіslаtіvе аssеmblу.
