Mission and Vision

Companies summarize their goals and objectives in Mission and Vision statements. Both these things serve different purposes for the company but are often confused with each other. A Mission statement talks about what the company is now. It concentrates on present; it defines the customers, critical processes and it informs you about the desired level of performance. A Vision statement outlines what a company wants to be. It concentrates on the future; it is a source of inspiration; it provides clear decision-making criteria.

THE WORST and BEST STATEMENTS Especially a mission statement , I find this boring. It doesn’t talk about its people, it doesn’t talk about its environmental aims and it makes no mention of its corporate responsibility around the world. It talks about the products it has already created and its leadership position, but it doesn’t inspire the imagination about where it’s going to take us next.

This is a really shame for especially the big brand as Apple , and I definitely think Apple could do a much better job of it, because Apple certainly is inspiring. In conclusion , the mission statement does not reflect character of Apple , mostly it shows Apple like a only productive industry however Apple create a new world in terms of software .

Both of statement are effective , usefull and creative and most importatnt is understandable . I mention about CocaCola company. Their mission is all about reflecting emotions . This feature of statements can close people to company . Vision statement also I loved from a different angle . Especially they separated substances and this created understandable sentences and we can see that cocacola company has a broad vision.Also some of them a really good mission and vission as Bahcesehir University , HP , Ford Motor … but the best one is COCACOLA company for my thoughts .
