Management Systems in Law

I think an effective training approach was that which evaluated my skills first before they gave me the training. I think it was highly effective because I, as a student, already know what I need to focus at and it makes me more interested to participate in the training when I know where I am strong at and where I am weak at. Some programs may be better than the other programs because of the high participation of the students.

With a higher participation of the students it is more likely that the students are absorbing more of what they need to know and it is more likely that the students will give out a better performance as a law enforcement officer. Programs become better because of the participation of the students. Participation of the students may depend on how interesting the course is or how effective the training is.

Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using either an internal or external performance engineer to improve performance in a law enforcement agency. In the end, explain why you believe either an internal or external performance engineer. would be the most effective at improving performance in a law enforcement agency. The advantage of having a performance engineer is that the law enforcement agency can be sure that someone’s taking evaluation and proper solutions to the problems on the agency personnel’s performances.

The presence of the performance engineer makes sure that the agency is able to attain their objectives and is always on the right track. The only disadvantage that I see is the inflexibility in the system when most of the decisions depend on the performance engineer and when the performance engineer failed during the implementation of the program he designed. But, for me, the advantages of having a performance engineer outweigh the disadvantages.

I think having a performance engineer would bring the agency into the right track. The performance engineer have the abilities to look through the needs of the agency and those needs are being taken cared of systematically.
