The Construction Operations Group (COG)The Construction Operations Group 1 and 2 (COG) is organized geographically by Operation Centers. Our network of satellite offices enables us to offer our clients and stakeholders the advantage of a strong local presence. They are responsible for delivering the end-product within approved cost-budgets, schedule and quality standards. With construction projects becoming more complex and time sensitive, an effective construction management is essential to create value for both the customer and the company during the entire project cycle. To accomplish this, MDC merged with Ayala Land’s Construction Management Division – thus transforming the company into a full scale EPC / CM Company. MDC’s knowledge in Construction Management lends expertise in the areas of: Land Acquisition, Project Conceptualization, Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Delivery and After Sales. The Construction Operations Support Group (COSG)
Lending support to the vast requirements and growing demand of every project, the Construction Operations Support Group (COSG) ensures that the correct methodologies, materials and equipment are available to execute plans and that operational controls are in place for throughout the construction process. MDC GreensThe Commercial Group (CG)While MDC believes that delivering quality projects at the right time for the best value is only part of the equation, It provides the same attention to detail and support for all pre-construction requirements. The Commercial Group (CG) will focus on providing Design Management and Pre-Construction Services driving business development and contracts acquisition. The group is composed of the following departments: 1. Engineering (Design Management,Building Information Modeling, Estimating, Contracts Management) 2. Quantity Surveying

Moreover, all resources including manpower and company assets should be adequately tapped and managed to render its full scale contribution to the project.
