Government participation

The government, as defined in the general context of the state is the sole entity that revolves around the vortex of people, laws and the administration. The authority and power that these government officials hold can change a life, hitherto expanding their bounds of influence even to a whole country itself. The laws that are made in a certain country are expected to be the backbone of the society—more specifically the bars that hold their lives.

Therefore, if the laws made or the manner of control done by the government follows a path of uncertainty and delusions in advantage against the people, most likely the whole jurisdiction will suffer in a domino effect. Consequently, throughout the whole duration since the time that laws have been crafted and implemented, it has always been stated in the lines of prudence that any law made must adhere to the needs of its people, nevertheless the power vested to the government must be the balancing measure to attain equality, peace and prosperity for that instance (Twomey, 2006).

Government participation in societal concerns Given the fact that the government possesses the power and the authority to implement rules and regulations which will embody the whole society, it may then be taken to assumption that the laws and regulations made may have diverse impact on the society itself (Zielinski, Duplaga, & Ingram, 2005). An explicit example of the government’s power to control is evident in the matter of taxes—its imposition and the sanctions that fill the gaps of humanistic doubts.

As a mater of fact, the allocations and the proceeds of these so-called “blood of the government” are hunched into several categories which then commences in the form of social, economical, political and administrative needs—all of which are stated in the constitution—perceivably to justify the main purpose of the implementation of such (Griffith & White, 2006).

Moreover, given the power to control the activities allowed to operate in a country, the focal point of the government’s primary purpose falls on the grounds of health security and preservation; a specific realm of focus in any government popularly defined by political icons and business tycoons. For every law which is brought for the benefit of mankind would surely be given ample attention by many, and may create a dynasty at that.

Casual conditions that involve governmental control The healthcare system of the state may serve as the most suitable example in illustrating the involvement given by the government in confecting any individual’s life. Since individuals are obliged to abide by the law—whether it is dependent on the schema of the majority or on dictatorial realms—still the laws made by the government shall either lead to positive or negative results.

Although it preposterously depends on the society’s discretion in taking or following the laws made, at a halt, the foundation of the laws—more specifically those which embodies the verity of social and general welfare—must be the main point of any law made in any circumstance. Undeniably, when the government imposes a law, it is required to any citizen to follow it or else, they shall follow their inmates in the corners of prison (Twomey, 2006).
