Warren E. Burger:

In 36 Original, State of Texas against the State of Louisiana, the exceptions of Louisiana and Texas to the report of the Special Master are overruled.

Parties are directed within 90 days to submit a proposed decree which has the approval first of the Special Master.

If the states do not or are not able to agree on a decree, the Special Master is requested, after appropriate hearings, to prepare and submit a proposed recommended decree to this Court.
