I have also for announcement the judgment and opinion of the Court in 74-415, Rondeau against Mosinee Paper Corporation.
And for reason stated in an opinion filed today, the judgment of the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit is reversed and the case is remanded to that Court with directions to reinstate the judgment of the District Court.
Mr. Justice Brennan, with whom Mr. Justice Douglas joined, filed a dissenting opinion.
Mr. Justice Marshall dissented also.
