The judgment and opinion of the Court in three related cases; 73-437, 457 and 464, Mobile Oil Corporation against the Power Company and Public Service Commission of New York against the Power Company, Municipal Distributor against the Federal Power Commission will be announced by Mr. Justice Brennan.

And these cases we review the affirmance by the Court of Appeals of the Fifth Circuit, the 1971 order of the Federal Power Commission that established an area rate structure for interstate sales of natural gas produced in the Southern Louisiana area.

We affirm the judgment of the Court of Appeals of the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Justice Stewart and Mr. Justice Powell took no part in the consideration or decision of the case.
